My Review of Luxhost after being with them for a couple days.
Worst experience in 20 years in Business.
tl;dr:
They do not ignore DMCA, even though I asked before and explained my situation in detail.
They block servers without prior notice!
Even after blocking my server absolutely no information, I had to get back to them and wait for half a day for meaningless answers!
Support has big trouble with speaking english.
Support is very rude.
Finally my server got reactivated without info why and why it was blocked.
If you're with them, better RUN!

I asked before ordering if they ignore DMCA on all Locations, they said "yes!". I wanted to be extra sure, so I clarified in advance that my Websites do receive several DMCA requests a month, so since they advertise everywhere with DMCA Ignored + confirmed it in my conversation with the Support, I was happy to move to them. I choosed a Eastern European Location. Moved my infrastructure to them, took me some days, lots of work and trouble and money for programmers.
After being live with Luxhost for a few days my server went suddenly offline. I checked my Luxhost Dashboard and surprisingly it said "payment required", even tough I've just payed for 1 month a few days before.
So I checked my e-mails, but nothing from Luxhost, no invoice, no notice. I contacted Support by myself and then things were going ugly. See Screenshots attached.
Lots of meaningless 1 or 2 word-replys, waiting half a day for a answer whats wrong and what I can do about it. In the end they just reactivated my server without anymore info, so propably this can happen anytime again!
I used to have experiences like this with Webhosters in the early 2000s, but I thought this dark days are history and these times are over, but obviously not with this russian friends :-D
Again, stay away!

P.S. Funfact: During my time with them the Dashboard/Server Management at Luxhost Website was down for a whole day too!
