I know PaperStreetCash allowed tube site marketing at some point. That was 2-3 years ago. But you can give it a shot.

If you think about it, right now a regular model needs only around 200k - 250k views on monetized videos to generate a payout, that's like a drop in the sea when it comes to traffic in pornhub.
