around 20 seconds.
**q: do you offer refunds?**
yes. if you are not satisfied, reach out within 24 hours of purchase and I will refund you, as long as you have used less than 10% of your bandwidth.
**q: how often can I rotate my IP?**
default is no rotation (sticky IP). you can set an automatic interval of 5 minutes or longer, or use the rotation link for manual rotation at any time.
**q: do you provide SMS OTP, outbound calling, or identity verification?**
no. this is a data only mobile proxy service. no voice, no SMS, no KYC / identity services.
**q: how many modems do you run in Singapore?**
100+ physical modems across Singtel, Starhub, M1, all on branded enterprise hardware. I can verify the live count from my dashboard before you order.
**q: is the bandwidth shared across ports?**
no. each port has its own 20 GB/day soft cap. buying 5 ports gives you 5 x 20 = 100 GB/day total.
**q: can I get higher bandwidth on a port?**
yes. You can select other plans
