For some reason my hosting package was terminated after payment.
First I couldn't access my Cpanel, next I couldn't upload files then my hosting got terminated. All happened in a space of 10hrs. I seek refund.

Update: Problem has been fixed. though it was frustrating
 
What TLDs are available for the included domain—can I choose .com or .net?
 
Worst Servers! I tried the Premium Hardware plan, Server is barely active, Most of the time is it offline, doesn't even respond to pinging to its IP.
