I know the basic methods like hiring VAs, getting multiple devices, but I don't want to handle all that.

I'm wondering if there's any type of software where I can manage 100s of accounts and post videos using that software.

I already have a software that creates 100s of unique copies of one video, which allows you to post the same video multiple times, but I need one where I can manage the accounts, please let me know.

I'm quite certain such softwares exist.

However, it might be tricky to find public/available ones.

Perhaps you should take a look at the BHW Marketplace and see if there's one that fits your needs.

Or hire someone to build a custom one for you, as per your requirements: :https://www.blackhatworld.com/forums/hire-a-freelancer.76/

There is @susocial or Jarvee. You need also quality accounts and mobile proxies. Please do a reserach before you know what you're getting into it first

Manage them on phone that will be 100x better than any software which is API Based

Yep, found a website offering this for very cheap, they have a rig with a bunch of phones

You already have an instinct, hire a VA to complete the tasks for you or if you have many devices you can run it manual yourself.

You can try combine antidetect browser with proxy to create and manage as many accounts as you need. This tool has free trial, you can download and try for free. Some recommendation is Multilogin, Gologin, Hidemyacc,... feel free to ask if you need anything

Maybe CloudPhone can help you, no need to purchase multiple real phones, one person can operate multiple cloud phones and social media accounts from a computer.

Anti-detect browser also help, which depends on your actual demand.
