Agreed. The rules as they are, are great.
If you want to pay for bumps go to warrior forum, if you want free bumps go to wicked fire. And if you want to avoid unmoderated and untested services, go to BHW.
I agree with the suggestion, that a simple "Not approved" notice in the case of thread denial be sent. So that the seller may know the status, and not wander and wait in the darkness.

Updated 11/12/12 - Going forward BHW will require the disclosure of compensated buyer reviews. This is to include both free and discounted review copies of products and/or services. If you are exchanging services for reviews please be sure to make a short disclosure statement in the review text. Example - "I was given a free review copy in exchange for this review", or "I was offered a discount in exchange for my feedback here".

Note - $30 annual fee clarified - this has been a requirement for over 4 years - today we're implementing a system that will close threads of those that don't want to renew their service on the marketplace.
