Getting on the popular page is a matter of getting a consistent amount of likes in the period of 30-40 minutes from what I understand. Most of the time it's 1000+ likes in 30-40 mins. It's less for videos. I've been on the popular page once before and have around 18k followers.

I don't see Twitter going anywhere. It has a lot more perks than just social media.

Well your account will go into bad standing with PayPal and be suspended, then they will send it to collections. Which will ding your credit. In the long run you're better off just paying it even though it's not your fault.

WooCommerce is pretty good if it's compatible with your theme. I would get on social media and start growing a following and connect with people as well. Clothing lines are very tough, it's a pretty saturated market and almost everyone has one, or wants one. Good luck
