It's up to your purpose. For scraping, buy scrapebox, for backlinking, buy GSA SER. But eventually you'll need both IMO, scrape with scrapebox, feed the list to GSA SER.

Of course for scraping, scrapebox is the best, hands down, if you have automator, create a automator project, leave it there, come back to the vps after 1-2 weeks and it's still freaking scraping. I have GScraper too, but it kills proxies like crazy, even the semi-private ones got banned easily...
