I saw on this forum tool which is used for kind of seo, it can list blogs which are related to your niche. Can anyone help with the name? It does other things as well, not just listings related blogs

I have seen quite a few Facebook likes, twitter followers, you tube views selling sites, saw them in Just sold area. Do you guys think that these are scam sites? They claim that site generates in avarage 600-800$ per month, price for selling was like 2000$ I wonder where they get the traffic...
