Yes, that's why my accounts kept getting banned straight after sign up, I knew that. The problems was how to bypass that ban, which I finally did.

From what I recall, Facebook itself has a function that you can spy other pages with, it shows you how many posts they made, their top posts and how many likes they gain each day/week. You can find that option in your page's publishing tools I belive.
