Well the reason is because a lot of my dropship suppliers invoice me threw PayPal for the good and I can't pay them if location services is off... but your right, it's probably not worth the risk. I will message them and see if we can pay with other methods instead

If you purchase an item on ebay, it will be sent to your paypal address. If you want it sent to a different address you will need to change the address on your paypal. There is no way around it, you can send the seller a message with the address you want sent to but they do not have to listen...

Its a scam. You will not get an email from paypal like this. If ebay does not say the item was sold then it was not sold. A lot of people will send you fake paypal emails to try to get you to send them the item. Ignore them
