Paypal Notification Email has NO ORDER DETAILS!

Hi,

Someone experienced a problem related content of the paypal notification email?
when selling on ebay, I have both auction and ''buy now'' item, and paypal notification email comes like ''You just got paid'' and gives only buyer's Full Name, Price, Transaction ID. NO INFO ABOUT WHAT WAS SOLD, NO BUYER EMAIL, NO ADDRESS, NOTHING! Could not find any complain like mine in whole internet, please post if you have experienced this.

Its a scam. You will not get an email from paypal like this. If ebay does not say the item was sold then it was not sold. A lot of people will send you fake paypal emails to try to get you to send them the item. Ignore them

it is not scam email, when I login my paypal account, I still see the information missed in email , it mean that I've got order on ebay, and paypal show transaction

but in the email, nothing show

And ebay is showing that the item was sold?

Hmm you can try giving paypal a call if they can't help you then refund the order.

as I told in previous post, i still see buyer's information (address, zipcode, item sold...) in paypal account transaction, but it content of email , i don't see those informations, I cannot cancel order because I still have buyer information from paypal .
So each time I got that email, I need to login paypal account or ebay account to see buyer's address
