No business owner that is in the right mind would deny customers based on vaccination. This is exactly right. I pinpointed the issue being the similar ad description on the text ads. Reused words and phrases will get your account put in manual review particularly if an account with a similar description was banned recently. Once I altered the description enough I stopped facing...

I fixed the issue. Circumventing systems is mostly a campaign set up issue as my accounts are old and have real payment methods attached.
