Hey everyone. I recently set up a new Google Ads and it all worked great for about 7 hours. I was then banned for "unpaid balance" although my balance was not even fully depleted and this account is not linked to any past accounts I have operated. Needless to say it seemed like an error on Google's side. I submitted an appeal and got the automated response that my account was still in violation, they had also added a second ban pertaining to "Unacceptable Business Practices". I don't know why or how that would come about as the ads were whitehat and the store had never been used on Google Ads before. The weird part about it is when I go to the Google Ads account suspension page it reads that my account is in good standing.

If you've had any other accounts, lets say that you've abandoned and churned just to get "free advertising dollars" if theres any way forensics can cross examine you. its likely their ai has been able to identify somewhere else you screwed up even if thats an assumptive statement of omission.

Everyone facing the same problem now, even real businesses doing whitehat paying for advertising.
It looks like it's a bug. Hope they repair it soon.

Happens for all the accounts, even for prepaid accounts, once you appeal for the unpaid balance issue, they open the account and soon after ban you for circumventing system policy, for prepaid accounts i never saw account works after this suspension, circumventing comes always after.

Moreover, this is repeating: suspicious payments in February, unpaid balance now... Usually things slowly get back to normal within a month.
