It is absolutely not normal, they use you image for their marketing. I looked up the page inspect at ahrefs and the page is gone so I could no longer see the hotlink cloak. Do you have other images like that?

If the images are on your CDN I believe its positive. I think they drie CTR to it and if not on a CND it will slow down your site this hotlinking or image display. They use 20 harvested images and 2 own images so you need to be trained to see who is the organiser of this. Sadly those hotlinkers...
