Hi, I checked in Google Console and I see that blogpost Thumbnail photos have URLs like this: saiti.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/02/Mary.jpg
And also every day I'm getting spam backlinks on these URLs.

Is It normal?

Yes, they're hotlinking to your images. You can either ignore them, or disable image hotlinking on your domain.

I need image hotlinking, I see Google only rewards this since march 2024.

Yes, backlinks (actually hotlinks) to images are counted as links by Google, so we always allow hotlinking. Why not?

they do ctr boost on it so if not on your cdn your site will be down.

Yes, it normal. It's better to ignore them.

It is absolutely not normal, they use you image for their marketing. I looked up the page inspect at ahrefs and the page is gone so I could no longer see the hotlink cloak. Do you have other images like that?
