Are you sure FB will really e-mail all those contacts ? I have got several accounts banned because I was "spamming" via this method aka uploading contact files, sending invites to fanpages.

Thanks for the reply. I tried using virgin url shorteners to share content and posts on Facebook from my blacklisted site, but it wouldn't allow me. I am not sure how this could solve my issue. I want to find a way to get my URL completely removed from the blacklist.

Yes. I tried using bit.ly and other virgin url shortners, but Facebook will not let me share any material. Sure, I can post status updates on my fan page using short urls but the fans won't be able to share the content using any share plugin of wordpress. :(
