[Method] Selling Hand Registered Domains for $xxx/Month

Sympathy or blackmail, lol. I don't know what you'd call it. I don't really think sympathy is a factor. It's not like I make up some big tear jerking sob story or anything. For example, if the domain was "iFuneral", I'd make up a story about how I was going to make a parody site about...

[Method] Selling Hand Registered Domains for $xxx/Month

I got to thinking about it, and I guess I've never figured out my exact stats. Here's how they break down if anyone's interested: Bought 76 domains and sold 22 of them. So I've done this a couple of more times than the 15-20 I put in original post. Average sale price of domains were $326...

[Method] Selling Hand Registered Domains for $xxx/Month

Never even thought of #1. Awesome idea, thanks! As far as #2, I've tried it and had TONS of interest and almost closed a sale, but not quite. Maybe I'll give it another go. Actually, I was thinking of listing the no-sellers back on godaddy or something just to try and recover some money from...

[Method] Selling Hand Registered Domains for $xxx/Month

Good point. Perhaps translating would raise my close rate. I have to say, though--probably (guessing) 95% of my purchases were English language speaking countries. Could be just getting lucky.

[Method] Selling Hand Registered Domains for $xxx/Month

Yeah, agreed. That's why in my post I said waiting a couple of months was the hard part. I look at it this way, though: My IM knowledge is still pretty limited, and this is very simple. The ROI is way higher than I'd probably get in the stock market or from a bank, so I figure I'm still way...

[Method] Selling Hand Registered Domains for $xxx/Month

Hey guys and girls, After reading on here for about a year now, I decided it was time to actually post a method I've been using from time to time to make extra money. It's not anything revolutionary, but I hadn't seen any other methods just like it, so I figured I'd share. This is mainly for...

    [PINTEREST] Ask Anything

I have about a dozen accounts myself, not thousands as I'm doing everything manually. While I'm not an expert (I'm really just getting started myself), what I'm doing is this: I have one "authority" account that focuses on 100% quality images, and doesn't upload any pins. It just repins...

How important is unique content, really?

Thanks for sharing your experience. Sounds like a plausible theory.

How important is unique content, really?

THANK YOU for actually reading the post and giving an answer. This is what I was looking for.

How important is unique content, really?

Ok, being more specific--Sites like DrudgeReport are nothing but aggregators of news posted on other sites. These "news" stories are nothing more than links to the original source, yet rank pretty high. There's very little if any original content. How can this be?

How important is unique content, really?

I just have a quick question. We all know the search engines want unique content. How is it, then that news aggregation sites are able to rank? I'm not talking about original sources of news. I'm talking about sites that are basically nothing more than copy and paste from the original source...

New twist to an old method (for me, anyway)

Ok, bad choice of words--it IS a scam, lol. I guess the "method" of how the scammer scams is what intrigued me, which is why I was looking for ways to "clean" it up a little. Thanks everyone!

New twist to an old method (for me, anyway)

Nice Idea! Again, I'd just like it to be a little "cleaner", ethically.
