Delete them. They are spamming your blog to get the backlinks & higher rankings in search engines so don't worry and delete comments such as "nice post thank you for the info", "i found your blog on yahoo and it's amazing" or "thank you i'm bookmarking your website" and so on... My best solution...

Yes it is. I'm ranking with one website for 2 keywords, first has about 3.9k monthly searches and second has over 22k. I'd say it's still possible to rank for 3 - 4 keywords as well but you'll need a content rich website for those keywords as well as on-site seo + anchor texts for the keywords...

Have you tried annotations? Because many people are not reading description so use annotations with catchy text and you'll get much more clicks...

Yep. I will explain it right away. So, I had a site about woodworking plans. I was promoting a digital woodworking product from clickbank, with 16.000 woodworking plans in it. So I was targeting keyword "16.000 woodworking plans". I was ranked very well, and also I had AdSense on that site...

Well 51 $ is kinda good, but the CTR is still pretty low. Is your site adsense optimized? 142k page visits and only 222 clicks? If you would force to click just 2k people you would be making muuuuch more. This site is a goldmine, you just need to work on it. And I recommend you to join some CPA...

Agreed. 0.15% is goddamn low. I hope you have some CPA offers there, or at least you're promoting some clickbank/amazon product or whatever on that site. (But from my personal experience, promoting clickbank product and having adsense at the same time isn't the best idea.)
