How much do you go down in the prize when people want it done cheaper? Doesn't it look rather unprofessional and desperate if you offer your service for 60$ and then do it for 25$ afterwards?

ok I've found a wp theme and my domain is set up. I've chosen 3 niches (somewhat related to each other) with 4-6 products each. I'm writing my reviews now - thanks to fukien - I have a great template for it :)
