I would be great if people who've had gone thru one of the other methods of marketing/promotion can share their experience briefly. Not only app within apps or specifically for apps, experiences may include paid reviews and positioning and how those work or any others? Thanks for sharing.

Lets just say that I need to have native experience for now. I haven't looked into apps within apps marketing, any recommendations? I've started to look into appbrain, admob and airpush. Are there any others?
