Purchased one niche guest post in the business category as a test. Was delivered in a reasonable amount of time, the post was high quality, and the link/anchor was natural and as ordered. I would recommend this service, and I'll be placing a bulk order in the future once my site ages a little.

If you want to test AI content generation, look up copysmith.ai and signup for their free trial. As other have said, it is hit and miss. Definitely not implementable without heavy proofreading and editing. To get over writers block though, it may be useful.
