It's going to be a tough search. AI is the hot new thing and most if not all services will be paywalled. Relume AI is as close as it gets. Haven't found a software similar to it with a one-time payment, unfortunately.

If you can get away with using Linux (Ubuntu), then I recommend Digital Ocean Droplets. You can get started for as little as $5 per month for a simple VPS.

Check out Relume (relume.io). They have a free tier and the websites are built with AI. Just plug in some descriptions and it will create the website layout, fill in the content, and generate images.
