I heard that FB will now flag accounts with a DNR: DO NOT RE_ENABLE. I see that in the source code but does anyone know how it will read if you are hit with one of these?
Go to your ads manager. Right click and select page source. Then ctrl f (PC) or command f (mac) and search "adtrust". There should be 4 options and one of them will have the number behind it. For people with spend caps, this is how they can see their limit.
