Facebook adtrust of -1

I read prior posts about checking the daily spend limit by going to the page source and checking the adtrust amount. Since the DDSL rolled out, I am seeing this a little more and wondered if anyone knows what the "-1" means. It appears to be linked to accounts with low-quality ads and higher costs . Any insight?

Go to your ads manager. Right click and select page source. Then ctrl f (PC) or command f (mac) and search "adtrust". There should be 4 options and one of them will have the number behind it. For people with spend caps, this is how they can see their limit.
