Great thread you've got going on here, Pauliakus. A couple of questions - Is this an English website? How are you doing keyword research? What are your pageviews/visit stats? What's your overall SEO strategy?

Solid guide. SEO from even a few years ago barely works now. The change AI has brought with it is just crazy. Niche/authority sites that brought a lot of us to the game are dead.

The creator of that course has pivoted to other business models. It's not a good course in 2025.

Yeah, you're right. The marketing landscape has changed before and will continue to do so. New avenues will open up while others fade into oblivion. As someone who's been around these parts since 2008, it's just my nostalgia speaking.

Came across this tweet by Glen Allsopp, a long-time SEO and marketing guru. His website, Detailed.com, has been acquired by Ahrefs. For those who don't know, Glen was the last well-known guru who was still blogging about search marketing, though he had pivoted to marketing reports and analysis...

AI search will definitely put a dent in Google's share. Not in the near future, sure but the tide is turning and with OpenAI releasing its own GPT powered search engine, lots of searches will simply stop going to Google. Google has already lost the AI battle. I don't think it...

The blogging/content model is definitely dead for the average guy. The going was tough already, now AI and Google's HCU have made it 100x worse. I owned sites that brought in millions of visitors per month. They're all dead and I can't even recoup my hosting bills. It's over.

Charles Floate has a course on Parasite SEO. I haven't purchased it but it might be worth checking out.

Wow. I'm dominating the top positions across multiple verticals after putting this into practice. Seriously, if this thread stays up, BHW admins might as well just close the forum.

You should've visited them and bought a pack of bread as a reverse thank you for their gesture. ;) I certainly would have.

Funnily enough. I was just checking my old sites and competitors from 2015 (seems like yesterday). Most websites have disappeared (including mine) but only one is still hanging in there and making good $$$ even in this environment ( I assume). Respect. I have got a few from 2007-2008 -...

thanks ChatGPT. This does clear things up.
