You can easily get a bot to pull content from other blogs... or you can get a bot to read rss feed and than you post them on your own blog. As others said...it will not help you much ...but if they do ..let us know how you did it :)

Joomla can help you on this. Find a theme that suits your need and than add modules. It should have for free everything you need but you'll have to dig for it

Just post manually yourself every day a few comments (like 5-7 comments with different names) If you are the admin of the blog than you only approve your comments to avoid spam. As simple as that :)

Using only whitehat seo it is going to take you a lot of time and work. If use paid traffic can grow fast but with high cost. Using pinterest... interesting idea...i will try it myself :)

I have a few websites that have adsense. I saw a slight increase in google ranking after i installed the adsense on it. It's not much but i recommend it.
