I recently purchased a micro niche site from Luhasr and every time he tries to deliver and put the site in place for me it gives him a 403 forbidden. I have no problems accessing the wordpress login or anything neither does hostgator but he has issues and I don't know what to do. Any advice...

Anyone else using hostgator besides me? When Luhasr tries to deliver what I paid for it gives him a 403 forbidden and hostgator says it works for them and it works for me but not him anyone have any ideas should I install iplocale plugin or something?
