I recently purchased a micro niche site from Luhasr and every time he tries to deliver and put the site in place for me it gives him a 403 forbidden.
I have no problems accessing the wordpress login or anything neither does hostgator but he has issues and I don't know what to do.
    Any advice would be helpful
btw I spoke with host gator and they have no issues either.

Edit: Could it be because of a banned ip or something?

Is Luhasr only getting the error on the WP login page, or is he not able to access the site at all? Is he able to access the server at all, for example, is he able to access the cPanel login URL? If so, he can upload the site from the backend, or you can set up an FTP account for him within your cPanel and he can upload the site via an FTP client like Filezilla.

When speaking to HostGator did you explain that your developer is receiving an error? You can provide them with his IP address and they can check to see if the IP is blacklisted, etc. for whatever reason.

Thanks for the info I changed the password on the account I made for him thinking it might be a password error so I am having hope that might be it but if not I will definitely look into the IP situation or attempt a ftp and see if we can do it that way he had me pre install wordpress so i might need to make a temp cpanel access and let him reinstall it.
