I think the 20 pages of manual content is just the way to go! When you have done that, start making phone calls and sending emails in order to get links. That's what it takes in the end.

Extremely dependent on what you know and how good you are at what you do. If you have never tried to make money online before, it can be a hard path. The first 4 years I didn't make anything. It's not a an easy journey to many for most people.

Google is a bit with those things. I have a friend that does complete white hat but that hasn't gotten his adsense approval for months.

I make a living off it now, but the first 4 years I made almost nothing except for a bunch of mistakes :) mirco niche is a bit harder nowadays than it was a few years back, but still worth sticking to if you do good SEO.

I'll be following this just to check in when a site officially becomes "authority"
