Theres no such thing, even your VPN provider doesn't keep any logs (why would they do that?) theres a lot of hops and chances are your activity will be logged on other servers/routers.

i haven't used any other tools, but a custom php script (there are some free outhere) should be easy to change to add as many sites as you want.
