Tracking backlinking campaigns for about 130 sites?

hey guys, hopefully someone can help me out.

I need a way to track my backlinking campaigns for about 130 websites.

I figured an excel spreadsheet of some kind, but whats the most efficient way to go about this. Maybe someone has a better solution or can share a spreadsheet format?

I could also use this... Don't have 130 active websites but need proper format for ones where I am doing promotion...

i haven't used any other tools, but a custom php script (there are some free outhere) should be easy to change to add as many sites as you want.

Ya, I use a custom built PHP script MySQL database and cron to keep track of my backlinks, number of indexed pages SERP etc.

yah, well I still need some means of tracking promotion dates & keywords etc.

Anyone have a method they actually plan on sharing with us & not just talk about it?

This is the second time today I've seen you mention this... you should tease people less and offer more..

I track my backlinks with Seo Spyglass,you have a option to run a scan every x days and You can sort the backlinks by Found date.

You can use the Free version that have all options,but you can only save the projetcs with the paid version 90$.

hmm, maybe I wasnt clear enough.

I dont want to track the backlinks themselves, I want to track the backlink campaigns such as what date I did backlinking for what site using what keywords. This way I know at a glance which sites havent been backlinked lately and what dates to go back to a particular site and do more backlinking for it.
Which is why I mentioned an excel spreadsheet in the beginning because I dont know if there is such a software out there or maybe someone has an effective method for tracking their linking campaigns not the links themselves. thx.
