Yes the ads will show on the preview if viewing through the mobile app preview tool. They will not show in the online preview tool though within the builder Hope that makes sense

You can edit the HTML, CSS files and add resources as you wish through the builder. You can also upload your own SDK files and edit as you wish if you have the coding and programming knowledge to do so. Hope that answers your questions

Yes you can no problem. You just have to set up the auto sync once the app is published and you can sync content without having to re publish each time.
