2- is it possible to have a shop kind of app?
3- is it possible to have things like social share button?

Yes you can use admob or any ad network within the app
Yes you can easily build a webshop within the app there is a template premade to help you do this.
Yes there are social share buttons and features.

So far looks good but one problem I have is the app will look different on the size of different device. For example if I am making an android app for mobile but someone on a tablet downloads that app the pictures I uploaded on the app will be out of place and wont adjust with the size.

Does this enable us to do anything more than just basic page style apps? E.g. lets say I want to display content based on user location , would that be something thats possible?

I would suggest building it in tablet mode that way it will respond down depending on the size of the android screen.

At the moment we don't have a content for different geo locations avaliable. We are adding more features each and every month. You can also add in custom code so if you have a script for that then yes its possible to add them.

Yes you can set the app up in sync mode once its published or you can place the video on a website and add the website into the app and update it when you wish. There is no need to re publish each and every time

Yes you can no problem.

You just have to set up the auto sync once the app is published and you can sync content without having to re publish each time.

You can edit the HTML, CSS files and add resources as you wish through the builder.

You can also upload your own SDK files and edit as you wish if you have the coding and programming knowledge to do so.
