I don't want to be rude but isn't that a bit of an oxymoron statement in your part. I mean this site promotes tools to spam, keyword stuffing, link rings and other things of shady nature? Yeah, spam is against the law just like stealing.

I think the proxies are blacklisted that's what is the tell tale sign to the ad company. For example use firefox proxy plug in and many of the proxies won't even be able to land on googles main page. I think that the proxies would have to be new and untouched for this to work.
