I didn't set the retention time to that high. My videos are 20 minutes or longer. I set it to 40-50%. Setting it higher seems unsafe and not cheap for SMM panels.

Such SMM panels exist. But... there's no option to select the country (or language) for viewing. And overall...the quality isn't top-notch. Do you think this has any effect? I tested retention boosting on five different videos. And only once did I see it help the promoted video even slightly.
