Do a Google search on "powered by ExpressionEngine" or "Revision3 Corporation" (in quotes) and you'll find more places to create backlinks than you know what to do with. All you need to do is find these phrases at the bottom of websites/forums then do Google searches for them.

This is a cool little script, but not all of these links work. I went through the script and took away the ones that don't work and added a few more that do work. It's a cool little script, but the "backlinks" created by this script don't seem to be showing up in Google for a test I ran 2 weeks...

I would second oDesk or eLance. I haven't worked with eLance, but oDesk has a handy little feature that lets you "Spy" on your workers to make sure they're actually working! The only problem with cheap India labor is the language barrier. You can explain things as if you're talking to a 3 year...
