Dear esteemed Black/White/Blue/Green/Grey Hatters,

Thanks for providing everyone here a wealth of information confined within this magnificent forum.

I am still pretty new to the game, one thing that still puzzles me is how people get so many backlinks. What is a good, if not the best, way to get 1000s of backlinks Grey Hat style? Is there a certain methodology? Is there a program that helps you out?

Build links using forum profiles and do follow blog comments. If your site is aged use xrumer blast.

Automated blog commenting/profile linking is definitely the easiest way.

So in that case Bruteforce will work, no? Age of the domain in this case is, two years. Is that old enough to qualify for xrumer or too young?

One the best techniques around on competitive markets is to grab/buy an aged domain, PR 2 at least, blast Xrumer, BMD, linkwheels, blogging comments, etc.
You will get a nice traffic in about two months. If you not ranking for the big words go with a second round on long tail keywords using the same method.

If you want to build greyhat backlinks, look into linkwheels and such, xrumer/scrapebox is blackhat, as it's spamming.

linkwheels, profile backlinks, auto RSS, social bookmarking and directory submitters will all help, but if you truly want 1000's of links, there's only one option.

Create something that goes viral.

Viral is indeed a great option... also not easily attainable, or am I mistaken?
