There is a spammer on my website and he constantly changes IP addresses every second to spam. But if you look at his IP address, it goes over 300 - which is invalid as IP addresses range from 0 to 255. One of his IP addresses was: 114.22.394.361 Wtf is going on? How is this possible?

I just came across this site and was wondering how he hosts videos? I guess he's using picasa to upload videos, and then using youtube's API? But how does the auth code created by google not expire (cause he needs a direct source url)? Here's a link to show you what I'm talking about...

Im looking for a quality offshore host and these guys have a plan called strongbolt hosting that gives me a private DNS and private IP. That seems awesome but I cant find any quality reviews of these guys. Does anybody use shinjiru hosting? Are they reliable?

Yeah I know but thats just 5 years old man. I was checking out Shinjiru and they seem cool, established in 2000. Any clue how good they are? And how long have you used alibaba? Was it shinjiru by any chance? Or nextgenhost?

I want the best offshore shared hosting provider, one that doesn't cater to DMCA requests. I don't care about the expense, but don't need a dedicated server right now cause my traffic isn't huge. So yeah, any ideas?
