How is this even possible?! IP address over 300!

There is a spammer on my website and he constantly changes IP addresses every second to spam.
But if you look at his IP address, it goes over 300 - which is invalid as IP addresses range from 0 to 255.

One of his IP addresses was: 114.22.394.361

Wtf is going on? How is this possible?

Looks like he possibly masked his ip.
