This can be done quiet easily with After Effects + Scripting to automate stuff in After Effects..i do use something like that for my own project..you can do this too if you know coding or hire someone to do the job.

Ok i was stuck into same thing and worked out a solution for this...though that still needs to be tested thoroughly but for my purpose i tested it and i was able to block all redirections from a iframe.
