Youtube monetization question

i want to know if i buy views from panel like followiz my channel will be accepted for monetization?

I was actually having the same question few days back and i asked here and researched online and in SMM Panel threads/forum but still didn't found any satisfactory response as to whether for achieving 4000 watch hours & 1000 subscribers we can take help of SMM Panel services or not but here & there some has mentioned that you need to take High retention real views for this purpose though it was not backed by any guarantee or proof so i went for an alternative solution to buy a already monetized youtube account and than modify it for our use. but sir here on this site only in MarketPlace some have claimed that for 4000 watch hours they need to take High retention real views

it probably will not be approved

Ok maybe they mean they cannot take guarantee as to whether channel will be approved for monetization but their service will allow you to reach 4000 watch hours
