Try posting on a Mafia wars type gorup - asking people for adds to expand your gang. That way, you'll get a multiple number of requests - it will take time, but eventually you'll get there. You can do this for things like farmville etc etc.

Fair point, however a high Pr means more money for adverts on your site.. does it not? If i'm right, then surely it's worth gaining a higher Pr to sell advertising space?
From what I determine, Pr is given based on quality back-links and page content.
