Is it a good idea to choose SSN number as 0000 in PayPal when creating account? Won't that cause issues sometime in future?

I have opened USA LLC company from India and I was able to open a Stripe account by using my indian ID as personal verification, but when trying to open PayPal, it just asks for SSN number and there is no other option to provide any other ID for personal so not sure how to open PayPal account...

Anybody has any ideas?

Is your PayPal account still active or did it cause issues? And did you use proxy to open PayPal account? Tried Stripe?
