Anyone provide real stripe accounts anymore?

Seems there are a lot of scammers and a lot of "premium pricers". I used to get Stealth stripe account with face verification for $100 for past 2 years but my provider is no longer available so I'm trying to find someone else who is real.

Most try to scam you and some sends very high prices (like not for sale prices). What happened to the real ones?
