Using an Rdp would be way cheaper than getting 100 phones. Look at how you can scale this through if you're really serious. One RDP equals one IP adress streaming your video on 100 RDp at once is possible, You can do 1000 RDP too

I Use different RDP to create accounts but i can only do one accounts per IP so i need to use another rdp to create another one
