Making multiple instagram accounts

Whats the best way to make multiple instagram accounts? Would I need a bunch of phone numbers to make multiplle instagram accounts or could I just use a VPN? I'm going to use several cheap androids that I have laying around the house and a VPN.

You can create accounts on VPN, if you plan on botting the accounts its a bad idea, low quality IPs = ban. If you have LTE Data it's a better idea to use that, put on airplane mode to reset IP.
You can use Gmails for creation.

VPNs are a bad idea. Either use 4G or 4G proxies.

Residential IPs and stealth browsers are your friend in this scenario.

'Bann' or disable can't create IG is have 2 factor, on Device and IP, which is mean, altought using phone number, if you just did it for single IP, for continuously, will detect and no longer able create IG
I have experience create more than 400 IG account, what i did is
- using phone number each acc 1 No (before i able to create IG using FB sync but now is hard to make it)
- access interent using Mobile Phone (3G/4G). Using resedential IP is Ok too (or your local IP) but with make time do reset/change IP each perioude count made account
- using minimal User agent on your Browser (minimal mean mobile user agent) or made simple ways just use your Smartphone to create IG account

Yes you would need phone numbers, real, fresh ones actually and not the ones you find for free in forums. You will also need devices and 4G mobile proxies is a must. Do not us VPNs it will fail, IG knows all the VPN IPs.

4G / Residential proxies are the way. Just remember OP, if you're scaling operations up hard you'll need to focus on residential.

I Use different RDP to create accounts but i can only do one accounts per IP so i need to use another rdp to create another one

Do you have any advice on which are best to use? We have 4g Sims set up in RPIs, but not sure about the phone # portion.
