Yes. This happened to me. I bought a new domain name. Moved the landing page to that domain name and created a new Adwords account and new campaign with same keywords. Bingo. Back in business. Its worked fine for the last month.

I have the same question. I have the link as anchor text in my autoresponder email, however I'm not using a redirect. I don't want to use any of my own domains because I don't want this stuff traced back to me. Is there another way of doing a redirect without using my own domain?
