I have tons of job seeker leads. What is the most cost effective way to monetize these leads other than your standard email submit CPA stuff?

Hey Shawn. Thanks for the response. What kind of conversion rate do you get on these types of offers? Can you give me a vague idea of how you approach these job seekers with these types offers to get good conversions and not upset them?
