Thanks for reply. I can replace mailchimp with a different email marketing provider, that wouldnt be a big problem. But am i allowed to use the gathered emails by the mentioned optin form for solo ads and affiliate marketing? Or do I have to strictly ask visitors to agree on receiving offers and...

Im creating a list using one of my squeeze pages where people can optin. (see attachment). These people will automatically be added to a list on mailchimp. Am i allowed to send solo ads and newsletters to people on this list?

Interesting topic, I must admit that I dont researched this subject so I cant really agree or disagree. I looked it up and it seems that in the Netherlands (where i'm from) adding fluoriding water is forbidden. That doesnt mean that there is no fluoride in the water. Some fruit for thoughts..
